SAVE $30 when purchasing in advance
Food and beverage catering will be provided by Mountain Table, restaurant and coffee roaster based in Renick WV. This Meal Plan gives one person access to each of the meals provided at AXF including a non-alcoholic beverage with each meal. All meals and drinks will also be available for purchasing individually should you chose not to purchase a Meal Plan.
Breakfast and coffee will be served from 7-9 AM on Saturday and Sunday, lunch from 1-3 PM on Saturday and dinner from 6-8 PM on Friday and Saturday. Food and beverage services will be located at Event HQ and all meals will be single-serve buffet style assisted by our team of volunteers.
Drinks are generally available all day each night you can celebrate “Happy Hour” from 5-6 PM. Adult beverages served include beers from WV breweries and cocktails crafted by Mountain Table. Additionally, there will be mountain spring water, seltzers, brewed iced tea and lemonade available as an alternative.
